By accessing or using lecnotes.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

lecnotes.ai is an AI-powered service that transforms PDF lecture slides into comprehensive study notes with mind maps, LaTeX formatting, and video recommendations.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free accounts are limited to 2 PDFs per month with up to 20 pages per PDF.
• Paid subscriptions (Pro and Ultimate) are billed monthly.
• Payments are processed by Creem as our Merchant of Record.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refund requests are handled in accordance with Creem's refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service.
• Share your account credentials with others.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. The AI-generated notes are yours to use. The lecnotes.ai service, branding, and technology remain our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

lecnotes.ai is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated content. The notes are meant as study aids and should not be relied upon as the sole source of information.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
